Abstract:
Saudi Arabia cannot expect oil alone to provide it with the revenues it will need for the future it wants. By becoming a more innovative and technological society, we can move from the dead end of resource dependency into the endless opportunity of human potential. Our future will be bright, if we can compine the youthful human capital residing in our homes with the inanimate hydrocarbon capital residing in our geology.
